I dont buy retail because tastes change.

I dont buy airlines because of .... gravity.... seriously historically a horrible industry.

I dont buy stock in any company that is building a new corporate office .... they are too busy choosing the furniture to run the company.

I try to avoid individual stocks as I am a lousy stock picker and like ETFs and whole industries instead.
