"Normal investors" don't trade penny stocks. The terms "investors" and "traders" are direct opposites.

And if both traders and investors read the SEC filings, they wouldn't lose nearly as much money as they do.

CGFI is a good example of that. The filings detailed very clearly that this was not only a very poor "investment", but an obvious scam.
