Gotta have money to fiddle with the SEC. Does he have any or is he broke?
I'm kinda glad the reverse split was held up by the regulators. He needs to get something productive done rather than pluck the chicks and us.

IMO I think as long as he can't RS the stock he'll have to work on something to make himself (and us) some $$$$$.
