AJGH Makes Big Move With Electric Bus Contract

Good Afternoon!

Gas powered cars won’t die off overnight but there’s no doubt that the future of transportation across all vehicle types is electric. Tesla Motors Inc. (TSLA) is trading near $210 a share and there’s talk it could double as the demand for electric cars increase. The smart money is pouring into green transport which means that small players are starting to look more attractive.

My latest alert is one of the small cap powerhouses that are gaining lots of attraction among traders. AJGH recently signed a contract to manufacture components for an electric bus model in Taiwan. Boasting a 230-km travel distance between charges, the BYD Model K9 is expected to real shake up the transport sector and create greater efficiency.

The electric bus development comes on the heels of a MOU signed with a Taiwanese Taxi company for the acquisition of 1,500 taxi models. Green tech is worth more than $3.5 trillion globally and AJGH’s increasingly robust R&D machine is helping to give the company a distinct competitive advantage.

On the technical front the play is equally fit for battle. AJGH is trading at .02 a share, a steep drop-off from its 12-month high of .235. Put another way, AJGH is one massively undervalued play.

Volume levels are pretty strong, too and the play is positioned well in the markets for some upward movement.

Make sure you do some research on this one – and do it early so you can be ready for the massive potential breakout that is on the cards.

Investor Highlights

AJGH is breaking historical volume levels and is currently trading with an average volume of 401K.

AJGH’s presence in the green tech industry is improving continuously. The company announced the signing of a MOU for the acquisition of 1,500 taxi models in Taiwan. The move is expected to boost the company’s R&D.

AJGH is now ready to make components for BYD Model K9 Electric Bus having wrapped up a contract with its Taiwan subsidiary.

AJGH is in rally mode and delivered an 11% rally on January 5. Pullbacks has brought valuation to .02, setting up a big potential push north for the play

AJGH’s RSI is 39, signalling a hugely undervalued position for current pricing. The oversold position is a major catalyst going into the next session.

AJGH’s upside is also marked by the current 70% discount on the 50 DMA of .034

New Law Could Make Electric Cars Cheaper And Cause An Explosion In Demand

Governor Jay Inslee wants more electric cars on the roads and he plans to spend millions of taxpayer dollars to make it happen.

The governor’s budget proposal and transportation package include his desire to increase the number of electric cars in the state from 10,000 currently to 50,000 by 2020.

“I think it's a good idea,” said Barrett Jones, a Seattle taxpayer. “We need less pollution in the area.”

The governor’s plan is to spend roughly $2 million a year in perks to encourage people to drive electric. Electric car drivers would be able to ride the ferries for free and wouldn't have to pay tolls on HOT lanes. That averages $200 per electric car on the road now.

”A little money here and there to save our planet is worth it,” said Amber James in Seattle’s Capitol Hill. But her friend had a different take.

“People who don't have a lot of money can't buy an electric car,” said Lindsey Hammerle. “And the idea is that they have enough money to do it so why should they get a break?”

The plan is also to extend the sales tax break on purchase of all electric vehicles including the $70,000 and up Tesla. But the break would only apply to the first $60,000 of each purchase.

The governor's plan would be funded primarily by a new tax on businesses with high carbon emissions.

“I agree it would make it unfair to people who have regular cars, but I think it's a great idea for the environment to be environmentally conscious, that is Seattle.

Lawmakers will have their say in the new legislative session starting Monday, Jan. 12.

AJ Greentech Signs Contract with Taiwan Subsidiary to Manufacture K-9 Electric Bus Components

TAICHUNG, TAIWAN and NEW YORK, NY / ACCESSWIRE / December 18, 2014 / AJ Greentech Holdings, Ltd. (AJGH), a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of green energy, announced it has signed a contract with its Taiwan subsidiary to manufacture components for 3 BYD Model K9 Electric Bus models as part of its R&D, production, and distribution infrastructure. The contract also gives AJ Greentech Holdings the right to manufacture components for an additional 10 electric bus models in the near future.

These BYD Model K9 Electric Bus components represent AJ Greentech's visionary approach. The efficiency of these buses already far surpasses that of the current market diesel buses. With a 230 kilometer distance in between charges, these electric buses are proof that the market is moving toward efficiency, especially with the diesel buses only slated to run 180 kilometers between charges. The Taiwanese government has already stated that by 2022, all 6200 of its diesel bus models will be replaced with electric bus models. With AJ Greentech's contract, the company will have a direct hand in the manufacturing process of these revolutionary bus models.

Ms. Chu Li An, CEO, stated, "This is an incredible opportunity for us to take a substantial leap forward in the market. The contract gives us more than a right to manufacture and develop electric bus components. It represents our willingness to partner with other strong leaders in the industry and will give us significant advantages in the upstream distribution of the product. We observe this to not only be a trend here but internationally as well. As we move forward, we hope to be pioneers in this revolutionizing market."

Jump all over AJGH – the sooner you do the sooner you can capitalize on its unbelievable gain potential.
