Actually the current filing that replaced the recent filing in December shows Jason Levy is still the president, secretary, CEO and director. It also tells us the current address for ARNH which just so happens to be the same as CDI*'s address. This address is an expensive condo in Ft Lauderdale FL. The filing also tells us that the name of this corporation was changed back to Automotive Resource Network Holdings, Inc.

So Kathy Roberton is still listed as the registered agent with the same address stated above. We also know that Jason Levy is involved with CDI*. As Wallstreet pointed out their business descriptions are almost identical.

It does not take much common sense to tell us something is wrong here. There is also word of a class action lawsuit against Kathy due to what happened here.

Class Action Lawsuit for ARNH

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you are an ARNH sharholder (Common or Preferred) and were involved in a private placement with Kathy, feel as though you were misled, taken advantage of, or simply lied to by her or ARNH then we would like to hear from you. We are a group that has taken it upon ourselves to seek out legal counsel to explore options for a class action lawsuit. Based on the information provided so far, we are VERY confident that Kathy has broken several laws, which in turn has left many shareholders holding the bag. We are exploring civil and criminal actions against her and the company. We will also be sharing our information with the SEC for their own investigation.

Unfortunately, the current CEO, Mr Jason Levy, has been unresponsive to our request for an explanation. Further, he refuses to take our call.

As a group, we sincerely wanted to assist the company during their transition, but their lack of consideration to those of us that have supported the company leaves us no choice.

We are not looking for any money or financial support for the proposed class action.
