How does a company do a secondary placement and then reset warrants to a point where they don't have enough authorized shares to complete the deal?? Then they back investors into a corner telling them they will suffer in the long run if they don't vote for the split??

And where is our great new Board of Directors who are supposed to have a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders??
I vote no with all my shares(over 2,5 mil) and will liquidate at 5 cents rather than continue to let this corrupt management run this into the ground while collecting their handsome pay checks year after year.
