It appears that Real Living Lifestyles Fallbrook where Joe apparently was hiding had to shut down all email contact. Seems maybe too many locals were trying to find him. My guess is he must owe money to hundreds of locals as well as nationwide. I have carefully scanned his up-dates and believe he did make some false promises not covered by the usual disclaimer language. I hope the locals will nail this man who seems to have walked off with thousands from unsuspecting people who thought they could trust him.

Imagine someone who promises "grading and fencing the sections of the property dedicated for Medical Marijuana Container Park and Hemp to Biodiesel Project as soon as next week (posted April 9, 2014)" only to post later on July 23 that nah "XTRM has revamped its initial plans for the container park to include traditional storage along with RV Storage." "Still waiting for a well".

It's January 2015 Joe and seems your still waiting and seems also this whole thing is utter BS. I believe you have walked off with a lot of others money who thought you were an honest broker. Question. Where did the 5 million escrow disappear to Joe. YOU MIGHT WANT TO REPLY TO SEC AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Now if you have a rebuttal do so you can fill the first promise you made of "transparency". Sounds familiar as all hell!
