Any mining company has to deal with regulations. This company had completely incompetent CFO on every level. Look at SEC correspondence at sec.gov for CGFI, shows CFO hardly understood proper disclosure. Real question is who was behind or working with CFO. Just my opinion of course, maybe someone can say CFO was extremely conversant with proper disclosure, successful at financing, great at management of regulatory process, great at making a forecast. Anyone game to give those opinions ?
