In Canada before MMPR introduction (during April 2014), there was a Medical Marijuana Program a.k.a MMAR. WOM already up and running in BC under old program otherwise how come they have client base, In Canada only 2 possibilities if someone wants to sell Marijuana either MMAR or MMPR.

All I know there are too many poop pos out there but this IJJP-WOM connection does have solid revenue opportunity which most cannabis stock don't have imo.
