What are u talking about you don't expect much action for a few months? There needs to be a decision on the vtech/uniden case in the next 2 weeks and 2 days

I was talking about price action.
in case you didn't notice.. VRNG was recently awarded $1 million dollars against ZTE and the stock price went down.

Due to the increased risk of Patent Litigation the market is less likely to respond to news unless it has a direct material impact on the bottom line.

Court judgements don't mean much any more because they can be appealed and overturned and settlements often have little impact on the share price because the terms are usually kept confidential.

about the only thing that SPEX has going for it is its historical ability to move upwards without news due to its perceived tiny float. However it remains to be seen whether it can still do that given the current risk averse climate.
