Earnest...Ali hasn't filed for UBRG obviously but if it's due to the license being revoked then how do you explain the lack of a filing for his other company which is active? And how do you explain metwood being in default? We could make the assumption the accountants haven't been paid but then we'd have to assume that metwood hasn't paid them either.

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
