Depends on what brokerage you are with, some front shares immediately, others wait til they actually receive the new shares from the TA.

Etrade is about the worst on OTC reverse splits, can take up to a month there, sometimes longer. Other times it occurs in a much shorter time frame.

Fidelity along with a few others fronts shares immediately.

However, most of the major discount houses still force you to wait at least a week or more.
