My biggest question's are will UBRG be paying the $4K as part of the fix to the Nevada SOS? Why didn't they pay it on time? Ali or anyone else need not give me that BS about how company's mess up filings all the time. This is investors money that is being entrusted with Ali, and he needs to pay attention to details like the most basic license needed to conduct business.
