Why does reverse split need to happen? All it needs is buyer interest and the rest is history.

A reverse split needs to happen so Cirtran can issue more shares to fund "operations" and more importantly, support the CEO's lavish lifestyle. Without a reverse split, his salary and expense account run out of money. That will absolutely not happen. As sure as the sun will come up tomorrow, a reverse split will happen right up until he runs out of financing options. All of the financing options, by the way, are very, very bad for shareholders.
