Only my opinion... in "theory" it doesn't but from a practical standpoint a couple of factors come into play for the company and stock price to be expected to become more valuable; all in the longer term.

Let's assume this is a real business (not a stock selling scheme) AND lets also assume the business model can work ("operated properly" like a Monster Beverage for example the business is a good revenue model).

Note both of these assumptions are not to be taken for granted for the Citran Corp investor. This is definitely a long shot, high risk reward investment or lotto ticket (pick your poison).

Then.
1. The stock price will go up once the stock is concentrated in as few as hands as possible AND when demand for the stock goes up.

2. A reverse split (which is not a stock selling scheme) will facilitate #1 occurring more expeditiously.
