April 13, 2015 I assume.
"Pursuant to the notice, the Company has until December 15, 2014 to submit a plan to regain compliance with respect to these delinquent reports. If Nasdaq accepts the Company’s plan to regain compliance, it may grant an exception of up to 180 calendar days from the due date of the Company’s Form 10-K, or April 13, 2015."

Well the company has filed the delinquent reports. I could be wrong, but I thought the company was given notice by the exchange about the compliance of the share price also. Now I have myself confused on the issue of share price compliance. I might be ahead of myself and had got the failure to file in mixed with the exchange mandate share price value. The company had a past history if I recall on not being in compliance for share price per the exchange listing.

I am not finding an immediate notice. Which is good.
