It appears from SEC filing of Jan 5, 2015, that CONC is being
sold to Energen, apparently a big domestic oil and gas company.
The close today of CONC is .0049, which ain't great, though
if it's still listed/being played, then isn't a POSSIBLE deal subject to another price, higher (or lower), which is hopeful. CONC apparently has (meter?) technology (patented?) that the petroleum company needs. Energen is selling around $54 (or maybe $59) but its year high was approx $90. I'd like shares in Energen as its book value and/or price/earnings look good to me. But at
.0049, half of a penny, is pretty cruddy. I can find nothing else onp internet yet, which would mean (I guess) it hasn't been announced to media as of 5 Jan 2015.
