CAYO, I have seen absolutely no sign of any life for MWWC whatsoever for a year. This does not mean much. I have no inside track to any of the principals.
WHat I do know is that there has been a possibility that some shrewd persons may have grabbed up the remains of the company at a phenomenal price and could have used the time to see what could be done with those pieces.
My understanding has been that there is equipment and space somewhere as well as the legal corporate structure, left essentially intact, but seemingly abandoned, ready for someone else to come along and exploit it.

I have but a small hand in the game and my expectations are in line with what I see happening, but I feel that closing the door on MWWC completely is not something I need to do at this point.. so here I sit.
