Paulness - Happy New Year! I went back to look at the 8-K filing on VNTH when Peters was announced. It says the following "Mr. Peters was also previously President and a member of the board of directors of MSGI Security Solutions,Inc."

I'm not sure if what you found is accurate based on how the 8K reads.
