(OTC: SAFS), in which the Company will obtain the exclusive, worldwide marketing rights of Safer Shot’s Non-Lethal personal security weapons in exchange for InternetArray’s ownership interest in two social media platforms, SocialVoter.com and StockPlay.com. SaferShot’s patented, proprietary technology that includes the Bouncer™, Bouncer M-11™ and the Safer Shot Mini™ non-lethal weapons, will be highlighted on the BidSellBuy Personal Security Channel. The two companies plan to work together coordinating and developing operational plans for each enterprise.
