company has several offers on the table they are currently exploring. not sure what direction they will go. we will ask them to do a pr .. its their decision what they do

yes and that is true however (clearly stated Management in China reports great progress made!)several other offers are being entertained by the company.
once their legal team reviews all docs and the course of action to take filings will be made. This is all positive news so ???? what is the issue here?
