I posted same query on LSE Monitise Share Chat, got these replies:


The MONI ADR seems to now be available and trades OTC : currently quoted at ten dollars .

This appears to be an unsponsored ADR i.e. no involvement of Monitise PLC . I just wonder if it is a precursor to trading as an ADR on Nasdaq ,if it appears that there is sufficient demand ?

I e-mailed IR a few days ago and got this response:

"This was not actioned by us. It relates to an unsponsored ADR, so questions to BNYMellon who are setting it up. It looks like a 25:1 ADR so they aim to take share of MONIF volume with their ADR."
