in my relatively uninformed opinion, i think mario cuomo was a stand-up guy who probably should have been given a chance to make the presidency a step up for the common man.

But personally, in putting a value on relative grief, i liked ellie may clampett better. her death is a blow to the beverly hillbillies generation.
