Say they do approve an r/s the O/S is changed. otc shows 130mill o/s i think it is more like 170mill. So 170mill you divide by 280 changes o/s to only 607 thousand.. puts the price around 1.50 per share..

Now VRCI is working on MMJ. P/R should follow any day to explain business plan....
