Cooperman had a bad year. And not just Monitise.
If MONIF management is telling the truth, it will exceed. If they are covering up slow growth, it's toast.

In the end, I see a buyout. When Apple bought Beats the headphone company, it gave a hope that they were willing to buy instead of build.
Apple is just now getting into the European market for Apple Pay.
I don't think the US kickoff did that well because end users are afraid of security. It would be a no brainer for Apple to buy out Monitise and get a jump start to the product. Their iphone will flatten in 2015, and iwatch doesn't look that strong. Apple Pay is easy money.
