RE: this lawsuit, I have been reporting (since Chester won't) on what has been publicly filed with the court.

I am not a lawyer; I am not in a position to comment on the merits of the suit, and I have not been making comments on the merits of either company's claims.

THAT Chester has gotten MNTR into this mess, as well as having to sue John Doe's for recovery of the $621,000 sent to someone somewhere for "credit default insurance", IS worthy of comment.

I notice that you are no longer a "moderator" for this group.
Why is that now so?

You haven't posted since September.
Even if your comic relief was unintentional, I am sure that Chester appreciated having one last, lone defender posting here.
