Hypi,

I agree the restructured agreement is beneficial to both ZIVO and shareholders. IMO HEP Investments still controls everything and the debt is secured by all company assets. So all they have to do is demand payment and foreclose to own the assets.

That said, need to break the .08 lid that currently exists. No one really seems interested in going up and hitting the ask. Frankly don't blame anyone for that as I wouldn't do it myself especially buying with any soize while someone is content to sell.

No updates of any kind from ZIVO ...... Investors really have no reason to take more aggressive action. IMO Dahl doesn't get that aspect. Even if he might not be able to release results for various reasons ..... He could explain the status to shareholders. I.e..... We have results, compiling data, sharing with partners, expect to update shareholders xxxxxx and actually deliver on time for once.

I own another baby bio with no revs and major partnerships with a near $500 million market cap. They have huge shareholder goodwill and thousands of investors. They are in clinical trials which you can't really provide results for.until the end. But guess what ... They offer regular updates indicting trial progressing to next stage. No results, but progression to next stage sez enough for investors to understand a little about how things are going. Dahl could easily have done that for some mastitis, canine or Wellmetris activities. Maybe this year long decline in stock price will open his eyes a bit that he needs to take long hard look at how he communicates with investors.

Only time will tell.

Amigo Mike
