STOA is my pick for 2015.

Details: STOA has finished the conversion of debt and dilution is done. That being said, the O/S is 42,411,740 as of 12/26/2014 per the T/A. (probably 4 or 5 million more from 12/26 to 12/31).
That is the O/S not the float. T/A is not gagged.

Revenue $383,321
Current Market Cap $14,000 (12/30/2014)

CEO has posted on IHUB as Empirica. You may want to do a search for his messages, to get a better handle of who he is and what he wants to do with STOA. He has been very open about the dilution and the convertible debt he inherited. Again, it has all been converted and he does not intend to use convertible debt to fund operations. He currently communicated that there are ongoing acquisition talks at present, but warns that they are preliminary and not to get too excited about them.

I have been personally in contact with him, and he seems to be a straight up guy, NO BS. He also welcomes anyone to contact him with questions. I believe he is going to make an honest effort to increase the share value. He stated categorically that his efforts will begin in earnest once the convertible debt has been cleared off the books as no "real" companies that wish to be acquired want to assume debt. The debt has been converted and the O/S went from a little over 19,000,000 to (I estimate) about 45,000,000. That is O/S not Float.

So, what we have here is a company with a very nice share structure. Revenue of $383,321, Cash Assets of $304,028 and a Market Cap of $14,000. A CEO that is seemingly honest and open. And a current Ask price of .0012 to .0015 a share.

Under Valued? Do Your DD and you will conclude what I have. This is way undervalued with great share appreciation potential.
