JV with a multi-billion company=good news
They clearly have faith in quality of the land package & potential of TPW.
IMO, probably best news EXS shareholders could have gotten at this point.
The alternative was going off board, as EXS doesn't have $ to proceed.
Now they have deep pockets taking over exploration.
EXS will also focus on KC. Best...
