That seems odd, slob. I can get rid of anything with TDA, just to get it off the books (although I'm still hanging on to my SGCP shares just in case). I don't know why Fidelity and ETRADE are being such jerks about it.

I also don't know what 30 day window they are talking about because there hasn't been a PUBLIC TRADE for two years or so. We've seen bogus paper trades between MM's but they can't count that BS as an active trade.

If there is an "active quote" as they SAY there is, then tell them you want to sell at that quote and and watch them backtrack LoL!
