Avi seems to know exactly what he's doing, I expected the stock to get hit much worse on this news than it did. But then, I'm a long term holder so short term moves don't mean much to me. I think we're still on track for a bright future, despite these short term weaknesses. Avi didn't do much of a "blast" on project Ara and, if I understand correctly, the project isn't totally dead, it's just been moved out of the main line. It will still be around but Google just won't be relying on it. They seem to be saying that they're keeping an eye on 3DP (3DS) to see if there is another way it might still fit into the mix. That would mean that there is still some thinking and discussions ongoing in the background.

If I understand what they are saying about HP, it seems that HP has a very full plate to deal with, and is probably very unlikely to load it's plate more with any acquisitions. They probably intend to work "in house" rather than going on a buying spree, so they're focused on speed and a single material, where they can most likely get the biggest media bang for the buck.

Meanwhile be aware that weak price action begets even weaker price action. As we know the market tends to over do things in both upwards and downwards directions. If you're going up, they'll help you up, if you're going down they'll sit on you. Right now the source of price action seems to be that investors are uncertain and that portends a downward trend. The excitement that fueled the fast climb is history in the markets eyes, so I expect the price to continue to settle until the next wave begins. Institutions have lightened up and then come back in, never abandoning ship and insiders have shored up their positions, so they all seem to be saying they see potential up ahead.

Best advice I've seen is; hold some and trade some.

Happy investing all, here's hoping you've all had
a wonderful holiday season.
