It's all in the way it's worded. It does not say they opened an office in Palm Springs CA. It could be that they meant "With the opening of our offices in(the future)Palm Springs CA we will qualify for..... I know this is splitting hairs but these companies have ways of getting around misleading PRs. This is not a fully reporting company, so I doubt the SEC cares one bit. They will just laugh at you for believing their PR.
