Ha! I was hoping you would say that, yes, smart man. It's virtually a dictatorship, if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck....

But that lets us know that any leader whom takes the Chief Justice in his office before the ultimate supreme court decision on the most socialistic law this country has seen in half a decade, and it doesn't scream " red flag", then tricking out a few numbers by his APPOINTED minions , should not be too far fetched. Also note, el preezy keeps pointing to stock market performance as a sign of an improving economy, yet ridiculed and trashed " the Wall Street fat cats" during his own Castro / Lennin like speeches earlier, smacks of hypocrisy.
