Looks to be a game the MM's have been playing as of late. Same thing has been going on with other OTC stocks. They trade them down to .00001 or lower (5th and 6th decimal) and then back to .0001. Shows up on everyone's radar as 900-9000 percent increase. Looks like they are just trying to get people to buy at .0001. No other way to get attention to dead stocks.
