I am sure Brian is not to worried. You see action speaks louder then posting here. Brian has won in court Brian has finished all of the repairs and it sure looks like now Brian is going to win again in court. I really find the fact that some are so worried about this law suit when we see a company like NRG who I am going to guess has hundreds of lawyers on its payroll already vetted Brian and his company and I am sure the status of the law suit. The only person who should be worried is FARKASS. You are aware Farkass has 4 other law suits going on right now. You really think Brian is worried about Farkass. Like I said before if Brian was worried he would not have repaired all of the chargers paid all of the vendors and partnered up with NRG. Its ok to believe Brians worried but his action tell another story one of confidence
