In my honest opinion its just total B.S. to collect more shares from peeps. I have not been able to find any relevant info as of yet why the down-grade. PCRFY will do well as soon as GIGAFACTORY is actually up and running but should start moving up as we get closer to the GIGAFACTORY actually operating as well, in my opinion.
