Dear Friends,

During this Holiday season, we, at Solar3D, wish to extend to you our most heartfelt wishes for Happy Holidays, a Joyous Christmas, and a prosperous and fulfilling New Year.

Thank you with all our hearts for the support that you have given us and for the faith and confidence with which you entrust us.  During this year, the value and scope of our Company has expanded dramatically, fulfilling our hope-filled belief that we expressed at this time last year that we would be a substantially transformed Company in 2014 relative to 2013.

We feel deeply our fiduciary responsibility to our shareholders and everything that we do in our employment is meant to enhance our shareholders’ value.   We try to incentivize our employees to tie their financial rewards to that of our shareholders.  Our senior executives regularly sacrifice immediate reward for the long-term strength of the Company’s value.   The purpose of expressing this to you is to let you know that you can have confidence that we are putting forth our best effort to do what our shareholders expect of us.

We try to be as open as appropriate in communicating our activities to you—except when so doing would compromise the confidentiality of some of our initiatives.    Know that even if you haven’t heard, we are working hard to make things happen.  We will continue to communicate our progress with you as much and as often as we can in the best interest of the Company.

I hear from many of you and I want you to know that I appreciate all the feedback I get from you.    I know that being invested in a small cap company can sometimes be a wild ride.  But what we promise is that we will do our very best to build a healthy and prosperous company for the long haul—and, though there are many things outside of our control, we believe that is the best way to build value.

As we look forward to 2015, we believe that we will once again make dramatic progress in the value of our Company and its influence in the world.  In so doing, we hope to continue to earn your respect and trust as we faithfully fulfill our obligations to you with all the competence and integrity we have to offer.

So, on behalf of our Board of Directors, our Executive Officers, and all of our colleagues at Solar3D and SUNworks, we wish you and your family love, joy, and peace during this season of happiness.  May your hearts be filled with gratitude for what you have and for what is good in the world.   And please know that we are truly grateful for your support.

Warm Regards,

Jim Nelson, CEO
Christmas 2014
