Agreed! Those are the exact reasons why a 22M-share-FIXED-OS stock could drop to the ridiculous LOWEST POSSIBLE price 0.0001! I've never seen any OS dilution sale from the past year's chart and data since 06/29/2011... Hopefully the company will confirm the OS and update us soon which will drive ECPL to the multiple pennies price levels!
