Latest update on having a long overdue shareholder meeting.

Shareholders filed a petition in Nevada to ask a judge to force a long overdue shareholder meeting.

Exobox has been without a legally appointed BOD for over 3 years now.

Exobox was required to give the judge an answer on why an illegal BOD was not holding shareholder meetings for a public company.

Exobox lawyer asked for a 1 week extension on their answer, and Airene Williamson, lawer for Exobox shareholder's granted the request.
