Next 1 Interactive is the whole background behind the process that makes all these Platforms possible. When the investor figures that out and looks at things as a "Whole", it is very easy to see and so therefore making Nestbuilder, Ezflix, and all other video related platforms jive so the Investor will put his money right here where the highest potential return per dollar invested at this time hands down...with the float around almost 14 million people need to grab up as much as their wallets and or banks, pocketbooks, etc...will allow...... See, their was the option awhile back last 1.5 year or so give or take the preferred's had the option to either go with the Realty side or the NXOi side which was outlined in those contracts....things were modified based on income availability and some things were converted sooner and for much less to make things survive and allocate the money where the board seen fit....Everybody knows this that was a part of and if.......Bottom Line.....NXOI is where you need to purchase as many shares as possible before as the latest news outlined for the upcoming year as it was stated that contracts already over 1 million dollars has been either processed or is in a contract for that amount to be put on the books and 10 Million has been estimated for what is to come based on all the platforms coming to a "Useable and Revenue making platform.....Who knows what both NXOI and RBIZ will end up as the entire Realty World can see how this can help them with their potential clients in converting more information into a video, a commercial, etc...to be able to close a deal where otherwise a basic MLS listing would be just what it is....a listing, period.....The new platforms or "limbs" I like to call them are stemming from the backbone of NXOI's TV, video, platforms that will continue to evolve with the needs of the Realty agents based on the consumers demands or needs to help them make the final decision and these tools are made available from the evolving Realbiz Media and Next 1 Interactive tools making Ezflix, Nestbuilder, etc.. Readily available for the Entire realty World to utilize in every way they see fit to close on each end every new or existing homeowner...........
