HTI/AHS, until the judge rules on their motion to withdraw anyway,
so I am sure that they appeared. Hence, HTI/AHS appeared.
Also sure that McManus representing Process appeared as they have two motions pending awaiting decisions. One being that they object to the withdrawal of Asa as it will only drag things out further.
Interesting that in their motion objecting to the withdrawal, they state: "Financial burden has been an issue since the time W. Asa Hutchinson entered his appearance on their behalf." [behalf of HTI/AHS]
To me that implies that if you weren't getting paid from the start,
what difference does it make now? Finish the case and be done with it. Makes sense.
