Thanks DeeDog. I pan through a handful of companies a week mostly from searching insider buying activity(I pasted ALL annual activity below + link). Also noticed zero insider selling in the last year. Don't see that often in OTC.

The 8K's are fantastic and they're actually easy to understand. You get the very real sense that the share holders best interest is top priority. They did file 7 in the last nine months, cataloging a staggering amount of progress for a company that had a very uncertain future two years prior.

Everyone loves a comeback. IMHO it's a real possibility we'll see a Seeking Alpha piece (or the equivalent) on CMGO in the next two years if management can stay the course.
