Yes Sir! Understand that Fife is very diligent at pursuing what's owed to him & his company. Time is no object and he WILL pursue until a settlement is reached.

And of course, Fife won with $100K per MONTH as payment. If (more like WHEN) this happens to XDSL, there's no way they can meet the obligation. At best, they'll continue the same scam until the judge rules the terms of repayment...at which time, bankruptcy will be filed.

Too bad it'll take that long. It's LONG time overdue for this scam to come to an end.
