I haven't posted on TAS in a while or updated what I did with my position since Sept--- as I've only been watching TAS & rare earths since September 2014, when I chose to get out on the little move up back into .70's. I had added a 2nd time @ .50's so with my avg I snagged a slight profit, and fortunately I didn't do worse.
Back around Sept I thought they were ready to reverse much more toward approx 1.00+, and since then I don't have much of a valuable opinion on this area. Only thing I suggest is that it is possible they have a bear market rally around Jan-Feb 2015 after recently hitting new lows and once tax loss pressure is also gone.
Otherwise it is & has been mostly desolation with these rare earth stocks. They are very overdue and some times I time them right, but right now it is just a side ways decline. But consider a trade off of these recent lows for a potential trade in Jan-Feb for a short term rebound, which is all I can tell you from my view.
**And keep a short term mentality; Such as a few weeks (less than 2-3 mos)... Don't get trapped holding them long term. Stay vigilant & active on these types of stocks. Place your speculative goals reasonable, and know when you may need to cut them loose, so you don't have a major loss while attempting to make a trade on them.
