The Stock needs Filings Updating Share holders why all those new Shares have been issued. For Compensation of Services? For Convertible Debentures? for Joint Venture? What is the purpose of all those Preferred shares if no body will take owner ship of them?

Is the Trackwork Contract for real? Is the FJ land really AZFL and if so, Where are the transaction Records?
Do the Da Silvas still have control #'s of shares, are there any Restricted?

I would love to get a larger position. But these Questions still remain.

No Answers..Just Dreams.

Oh well..the stock will find a new PPS home.
