Sky Solar soars amid flurry of announcements

Sky Solar (NASDAQ:SKYS) has announced: chairman Weili Su is taking over as CEO. Former CEO Amy Zhang will now serve as Sky's deputy chairman and chief strategy officer.
Sky has also announced it's receiving $50.1M in debt financing for a 44MW solar project in Chile's Atacama Desert, and has closed a $3.2M loan that represents the first tranche in an $18.7M loan financing package for 16 Canadian projects with a combined 6.2MW of capacity.
Last but not least, Sky has announced it's entering the Chinese solar market, and has "authorized the Company's management team to evaluate acquisition targets to build the operating assets in China." Among the assets being considered are ones "owned by private entities controlled by the Company's Chairman."
Shares rose 60.7% today. They're now well above November's $8 IPO price.
