How much is that MMTC stock of Greg Newhuis worth at today's 4 cent valuation? Is this insider's investment meaningful in light of the company's atrocious financial performance and the "going concern" warning issued by their auditors in the last 10-K?

A "going concern" is usually the pre-cursor to a bankruptcy filing.
