I agree that I generally don't like options on a stock under $5 unless it's calls, but in response to your spread comment remember that's just the spread they show -- I always put in my orders just above the bid or below the ask then slowly walk it up/down and usually get a good fill. Options trade VERY differently than stocks. Don't let the "spread" displayed fool you.

That said, I have no position in NNVC yet and have never had one. That could change in the future.
