The problem with trading options on a small stock like this:

1. The liquidity sucks. Bid/ask spreads are a mile wide.

2. The only strike prices of any relevance are 2.50 and 5.00. It would be far more useful to have strikes at 3.00, 3.50, and 4.00.

About the only trade that would make any sense is selling strangles -- calls at 5 and puts at 2.50. You could probably do that every month forever and make money, but the premiums are small so you'd only be making pocket change.
