I doubt it very much. There appear to be numerous small caps bio with targeted cancer fighting technology coming out at this time: isr (cesium 130) and inovio, teva come to mind. The 'cell in a box' technology may be far older technology and has had a rocky history (sold to NVLX by Austrianova some years back.) I can only speculate that due to its age and possible ranking in efficacy that others may show more promise. Perhaps the market does not take this as seriously as others.
ELTP has a 'novel' one of a kind chemistry that will affect a most critical and wide spread health problem. There will be a marked difference in market response.
